The Auschwitz Institute for Peace and Reconciliation

The Auschwitz Institute for Peace and Reconciliation is building a world that prevents genocide and other mass atrocities. 

Having spent time in Rwanda, Liberia and Sierra Leone, I have come to believe we must all acknowledge elements in society that lead to genocide and that collectively we must guard against genocide to ensure that we stop allowing genocides to occur. The work of The Auschwitz Institute for Peace and Reconciliation (AIPR) is devoted to genocide and mass atrocity prevention and accomplishes this work by providing technical assistance and training to governments, which I believe provides a solid context towards preventing genocides.
